Great WSJ article:
Their Own Medicine
Senator Tom Coburn write a two-page amendment that would require the Senate to use any government health insurance they plan to force er..enact for the rest of the country. Surprisingly, the Democrats all voted it down choosing to keep their "golden" insurance while claiming government run healthcare "will offer benefits that are as good as those available, through private insurance plans - or better."
Is anyone really surprised at the hypocrisy? It should tell you something about what Senators really think about the plan, it isn't good enough for them, why is it good enough for the rest of us?
